2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate bookkeeping, clients are expected to maintain regular communication and provide essential financial records, including:

- Purchase and sales invoices, including receipts and payment confirmations.
- Payroll records (if applicable), with clear documentation of salaries and deductions.

3. Payment Terms & Subscription

- Non-payment may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
- Refunds are only processed in cases of double billing or service failures verified by our support team.
